Classic red vinification under controlled conditions. It ages for at least 12 months in oak, French barrels of 228 lt, in our underground cellars.
Tasting characteristics: Bright and deep purple color. The bouquet is characterized by complexity and concentration of black fruits of the forest, mainly blackcurrant, with light notes of sweet spices. Excellent combination of strength, and structure in the mouth. Rounded and soft tannins, rich fruit with earthy hints and prolonged aftertaste.
Ageing dynamics: You can enjoy it now and in the next 15 years from its harvest.
It accompanies excellent grilled beef steak, lamb with herbs in the oven and large poultry. Enjoy it at 18°C.
