DOMAINE SEMELI SPONDEE VINTAGE 2021 RED 750ML

From selected vineyards, SEMELI adds to its range SPONDEE, from the varieties Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which matured and aged for 12 months in the cool cellars of its winery. Elegant and complex, with the trilogy of wine varieties expressed aromatically in an extremely tightly knit way, with no room for primacy of the primary aromas of each of them. The expectations generated for the mouth by the complex, tightly knit and finesse nose, are fully satisfied, as the typicality of the wine varieties unfolds, gradually throughout its range. Visibly generous and spicy, with round, fairly soft tannins, more than supported by alcohol, this wine gives the palate a unified flavor whole. SPONDEE loves dishes of Greek urban or traditional cuisine, such as casserole meats with fresh tomato sauce, moussaka and pastitsio, while it will also go well with more creative dishes of Greek and Italian cuisine. Decanter is necessary to highlight the bouquet of wine and serve in a large glass at 16°C.
