Variety: Black Messenicola 70% – Syrah & Carignan 30%
Color and Aroma: Rich body, aftertaste full of aromas of flowers and fruits of the forest and soft tannins. Its ruby color carries memories of its long history and its French origin.
Maturation: Small French oak barrels mature for one year and can mature perfectly for another 10 years in the bottle.
Tasty suggestions: It is harmoniously combined with grilled red meat, game and red sauces, smoked cheeses and cold cuts and fruits such as apple and pear.
Serving temperature: Allow 15′ to breathe and serve at 16-18 °C.
