Tasting: It is characterized by aromas of red fruits, spices, cedar, cocoa on a vanilla background. In the mouth it is rich with good quality tannins, evolving over time.

Served: At 20 degrees in an open tulip.
Vinification – ageing: Classic red vinification . It is aged in an oak barrel for six to eight months and twelve in the bottle. It can be aged for 5 years.
