Vineyard: Mountain vineyards of the Estate at an altitude of 600 meters.
Manual harvest: Late August to early September.
Tasting: Pale coral rosé color with pink highlights. Medium to high aromatic intensity in the nose with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry, strawberry and helmet, as well as citrus fruits dominated by grapefruit. Vivid floral and botanical character where aromas of jasmine, rosemary, thyme, tomato leaves and celery stand out. In the mouth it is dry, alcohol is balanced, acidity is toned, with a moderate body and a spice aftertaste.
Harmony: It is combined with summer dishes, such as green beans and stuffed vegetables, vegan dishes, such as braised eggplant stuffed with mushrooms, and fish with red flesh, such as tuna fillet moderately cooked or grilled salmon fillet with a cool salad of green beans.
