Château Saint Marguerite was created in 1929 but its land has been cultivated since ancient times. Today, the Fayard family passionately continues to create distinguished wines with numerous awards both locally and internationally. The wines of the house are globally recognized, always maintaining the excellent reputation of the French vineyards. The philosophy of Sainte Marguerite is that quality requires constant respect for the environment without the use of chemicals, which is why it uses 100% organic viticulture. The wines are labeled ORGANIC and suitable for the VEGAN consumer community.
One of the most important rosé wines of the famous region of Côtes de Provence. Refinement, elegance and aromatic pleasure. Bright with a light pink tint. Foral nose with delicate aromas of white flowers and passion fruit. In the mouth cool acidity, slightly spicy with notes of peach, orange peel and exotic fruits. A “GREAT WINE” for gastronomy.
It goes well with truffle, scallops, risotto, seafood, sushi and Thai dishes. It is drunk young and cool.
