Vinification: For the production of the base wine, green harvest is carried out. The traditional method follows with a second fermentation in the bottle and maturation for at least 9 months in the presence of the fine lees.
Taste characteristics: Soft pink color and copper highlights and foaming from small, thin bubbles. On the nose, aromas of cherry and black fruits are distinguished, while the discreet presence of the dough completes the elegant ensemble.
