Vinification / Ageing:
Pre-fermentation extraction in controlled environment, alcoholic fermentation at rated temperatures. Leave the wine for 4 months on its fine lees with periodic stirring.
Taste characteristics:
Crystalline, bright with pale yellow color, with light greenish highlights. Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of citrus, passion fruit and with a sweet melon tinge at the end. In the mouth it is particularly full, soft, oily, with excellent balance-coolness and finesse. Vivid aftertaste that contributes to the long stay of aromas.
Harmony:
It accompanies a wide variety of seafood, raw or steamed shellfish, pasta with creamy sauces, grilled vegetables, sushi, Asian cuisine and a wide variety of grilled fish.
Ideal enjoyment at 12-14º C.
