It is produced by combining the cosmopolitan and aromatic variety Sauvignon Blanc and our own exuberant Assyrtiko. The grape juice after a few hours of pre-fermentation extraction is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
Its color , pale greenish-yellow, with intense clarity. Its nose is impressed by the bundle of aromas that highlight its varietal character. Intense aromas of tropical fruits, grapefruit, alternate with notes of citrus, lemon in a combination that stimulates our senses. Its taste is rich, full, harmonious, with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and great aromatic aftertaste.
It accompanies fried or grilled fish, seafood varieties, green salads with fresh and dried fruits, grilled vegetables and varieties of white cheeses.
It is served at 10oC and is preferable to be consumed in 2 years.
