Kneaded in stainless steel tanks. Short pre-fermentation extraction without malolactic fermentation, short maturation on fine lees. The color is pale, whitish-yellow with green highlights.
The nose is complex with fresh floral characters predominating. This is followed by notes of lemon peel and aromas of tropical fruits such as avocados. The mouth is characterized by complete balance with dominant aromas of citrus, touches of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste, acidity leads the palate to a clean elongated finish.
