ARGYROU ESTATE SANTORINI CUVEE EVDEMON 2019 WHITE 750ML

This wine moves within the limits of how Argyros Estate understands the environment of Santorini. Assyrtiko is selected from very old vineyards, biodynamic cultivation, at least 150 years old, in Pyrgos, with very low yields. It ferments in stainless steel tanks, at low temperatures and is aged there for 30 months with lees. At the same time, 25% of the wine is aged for 12 months in large French oak barrels and then remains the rest of the time in stainless steel tanks. Cuvee Evdemon Estate Santorini focuses on the architecture of the structure in the mouth and needs several years in the bottle to bring out all its features. It is a wine with excellent aging capacity for more than 15 years.
