Vinification: White vinification in stainless steel tanks with fermentation at controlled temperature for each variety separately.
Ageing ability: Enjoy it within the first 3 years after harvest.
Tasting characteristics: Bright and pale white-yellow color. On the nose we find botanical aromas, tropical fruits as well as floral elements. In the mouth it is pleasant, with medium to light body, cool acidity and delicate taste.
Harmony – Serving temperature: A daily suggestion that stands out. Great potential for flavor combinations. Combine it with a variety of appetizers, seafood, small grilled or fried fish, green salads, and white meats. Enjoy it very cool, at 8-10ºC.
