Organoleptic characteristics
The color is straw golden with bright highlights. On the nose it has great sophistication and elegance that expresses its varietal character. It highlights aromas of ripe peach, orange blossom and citrus peel along with tropical fruits. The aromas of high-quality French wood – vanilla and nuts – are perfectly integrated into the wine, composing a rich bouquet of aromas, while the smell of the breadcrust testifies to contact with the lees. In the mouth it is full, with excellent structure and crisp acidity. The aromas of the mouth follow those of the nose and the aftertaste has intensity and enormous complexity offering the feeling that it will last forever.
