Intense and complex aromatic character reminiscent of exotic fruits, flowers and Turkish delight rose.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction is applied for 8 hours at 10°C. This is followed by pressure with pneumatic presses, deleaching and fermentation in stainless steel tanks of controlled temperature (13°C -16°C), lasting up to 20 days.
Taste characteristics – ageing: The wine has an intense and complex aromatic character reminiscent of exotic fruits, flowers and Turkish delight, rose. Its taste is balanced and rich, with a pleasant, refreshing acidity as its defining element.
Ideal combination with food: Chinese, Thai cuisine, salad with tropical fruits and blue cheese.
