In 2011 NICO LAZARIDI through the Macedonian Winery expanded to the production of more flexible wines that meet the everyday life of consumers and constitute the entry level category of our products.
For the production of the white wine Queen of Hearts, the Greek varieties Assyrtiko, Roditis, Muscat of Alexandria and the cosmopolitan Chardonnay and Ugni blanc were chosen.
The wine label is adorned by a painting by painter Christine Olga Smith.
Cultivation: Linear vineyards established in medium composition soils.
Vinification-Maturation: Classic white vinification at low temperature.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright white-yellow color. Noble nose characterized by white-fleshed fruits and distinctive aromas of spring flowers. Fine structure and special character that pleasantly surprise. Cool aromatic aftertaste.
Storage-Aging: It is pleasantly drunk for the next 2 years from the harvest.
Tasty pairing: Served at 8-10°C, accompanying pleasant dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, fish, seafood, pasta and green salads.
