Vineyard: S.E. Attica, vines over 50 years old, not irrigated, limestone soils, altitude 100m. Northern orientation
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, during which resin from pine trees of the Attica forest is added.
