Vinification: Pre-fermentation cryoextraction, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation with fine lees.
Organoleptic characteristics: Soft, light pomegranate color with vivid aromas of small red fruits and subtle citrus notes. Soft sweet taste with a short aftertaste and a full but balanced body. Fresh and pleasant with a screw cap.
Accompaniments: Fruits, fresh salads with fruits, soft cheeses, Chinese and Thai cuisine.
