The best and most characteristic expression of the Agiorgitiko variety! Pleasant, easy to drink and aromatic!
After several experiments and techniques that we applied both in viticulture and winemaking, we managed to highlight the potential of the Agiorgitiko variety and create a wine that fully expresses its characteristics.
Characteristics: Deep red, attractive color, with a rich aromatic bouquet that balances the aromas of red fruits, such as plum, with aging sweets, such as vanilla and cocoa. It is rich, with very good structure, balance and velvety aftertaste.
Harmony of flavors: Red meats with sweet vegetables and sweet sauces, such as rooster with noodles, wild boar and moussaka with sausage and cheese. Cold cuts, hamburgers, pizza and hard thick cheeses like edam and cheddar. It is served cool as an aperitif in summer.
