Kneaded and extracted in stainless steel tanks, aged in partially French barriques for 8 months and for 6 months in the bottle. Soft, but dense, sweet varietal character of fruit. Red cherries, plums, sweet vanilla, notes of cedar, thick, round mouth.
Alcoholic fermentation and extraction in stainless steel tanks at 23°C. Total extraction time 14 days.
Full malolactic fermentation. Maturation by 30% in second use French barrels for 8 months.
After bottling, stay for another 6 months in the cellar of the Estate.
The color is deep ruby with ruby highlights. The nose is concentrated, complex and multidimensional. Aromas of red cherry, ripe plum, sweet vanilla, with hints of violet and smoke unfold. In the mouth it is round, velvety and filled with very ripe soft tannins. The deep black and red fruit dominates, followed by aromas of spices and tobacco. The aftertaste is rich, long and complex.
