The 10-year-old Hinch Sherry Cask Irish whiskey is a combination of at least 10-year-old Single Grain and Single Malt whisky from a select number of barrels. It runs for at least 1 year on the best old Oloroso Sherry barrels to add complexity to both nose and palate. Light brown with a discreet red hue and has aromas of fresh fruits with earthy notes. Thin layers of ripe fruit with an unmistakable nutty aftertaste – refined and complex. Bold, innovative, modern Irish whisky produced in County Down.
