REDBREAST SINGLE POT STILL 15 Y.O. WHISKEY 700ML

This is a very good single still whisky (“pure pot still” or “single pot still” referring to a style of Irish whiskey, where a mixture of malted and unmalted barley is distilled in the same still) with 15 years of ageing that gives it flavor and complexity. It has sweet aromas with almond paste, caramel, sandalwood, mango and tea. Dry and spicy on the palate that eventually sweetens with crystallized ginger, sweet cinnamon, sherry and candies. Dry, peppery and spicy aftertaste.
