Renaissance Series 5 is an 18 year old Single Malt whiskey, originally aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, finished in ex-Calvados barrels, incorporating a wonderful composition of aromas, sweet fruits along with soft spicy notes of spices. With just 9,000 bottles commercially available, this rare Single Malt is bottled at 46% ABV, without the cold filtration process.
- Taste: Apple pie, golden raisins, pink pepper and jasmine.
- Nose: Caramelized apples, pear, cinnamon and fresh mint.
- Aftertaste: Maple, dried cherries and wooden tannins.
