Inspired to capture his experience of Tokyo’s many flavors and experiment for the first time with rare Japanese Mizunara oak barrels, Dr Bill combined Glenmorangie partially aged in Mizunara oak barrels with whiskey he had spent time in sherry and bourbon casks, for a unique limited edition that is perfectly balanced with Glenmorangie style.
The whisky combines notes of pepper with bitter cherries and mouthwatering orange zest with frankincense and sweet oak – a unique and complex flavour profile derived from the recipe of Mizunara oak, Bourbon and Sherry barrels
