DESCRIPTION

Typical aromas of the variety dominated by ripe black fruits and cedar. Mouth rich with juicy fruit. Tannins mature and structured, balanced acidity. Sweet allspice and notes of oak from the barrel. Finish with duration and complexity.

AT THE WINERY

Sorting grapes on a vibrating table. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation combined in French oak barrels (225L, 1st use, medium and medium + burning), and clay amphorae for 12 months. Unfiltered.
