Vinification: We use special cultivation techniques, applying the most modern viticulture (water stress), evolving on this Agiorgitiko.
5 days of cryoextraction at 8°C, keeping marc with the juice for 24 days, with four recirculations per day of particular intensity. Aging 18 months in oak barrels (French 80%, American 20%) 100% new and 6 months aging in the bottle at the winery.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Deep purple color. Intense and dense aroma of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, scorched bread, cherry and plum in a rich composition. Mouth that starts sweet, with round, velvety and excellent quality tannins, which give the wine volume and duration.
