Evangelo is a marriage of the red variety Syrah and white Viognier. The co-vinification of the two varieties takes place in oak tanks of Burgundy 40HL. The joint extraction gives the wine a stable color, soft taste and rich aromatic character. Malolactic fermentation follows in the same tanks and then matures for 12-18 months in new French oak barrels.
It is an elegant wine that combines intense varietal aromas, but at the same time a delicious wealth of aging wines. Served at 16-18 °C. It is ideally combined with feathered game, poultry cooked with wine sauce, grilled red and white meats.
