It is produced from the varieties Syrah, Merlot and Limnio with the classic red vinification. It is aged for about a year in French oak barrels. It has a bright deep blue color and a complex bouquet of spices and ripe black fruits, such as plum, cherry.
In the mouth the gentle tannins are supported by abundant fruit, creating an impression of strength and balance. It displays a long aftertaste with repetition of spices. Great ageing potential. Served at 16–18 °C.
