It was created by combining two Greek varieties, Malagouzia and Assyrtiko. After pre-fermentation cryoextraction, the vinification takes place in stainless steel refrigerated tanks at a temperature of around 18 °C.
The wine has a bright pale blond color with greenish highlights. Its “nose” is expressive with alternating impressions, as next to the exotic fruits pass notes of pepper, jasmine, orange, melon, herbs and lemon.The first contact in the mouth exudes nobility, while the overall presence is characterized by richness, harmony, pleasant liveliness and lemon finish. It is recommended to consume in the first 2 years of life.Served at 8-10 °C.
It is combined with seafood, fish, white meats with simple sauces, pasta, Greek salad (tomato & feta cheese), Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
