The marriage of the two indigenous red varieties of Ioannina, Vlachiko and Bekari, creates an enviable dry red wine, with an explosive aromatic character. The earthy elegance that gives it the freshly cut mushroom, but also the peppery elements in its composition complete the complex and extremely interesting bouquet of its aromas.
Its color and aroma are reminiscent of wild red and black forest fruits, such as blueberries and wild cherries. As it ages for about 2 years in French oak barrels and is enriched with body and aromas, it becomes even more special.
Color: Deep purple.
Nose: The aromas of red and black fruits such as raspberry, black cherry and plum predominate, while the freshly cut mushroom and peppery elements complete the complex aromatic ensemble.
Mouth: The robust tannins and the particularly cool acidity indicate that it is a wine with great aging potential. Black fruits abundantly, spicy spices intense, create in the mouth an explosive bouquet of aromas.
