Vinification-Maturation: Classic red vinification with long post-fermentation extraction. Micro-oxygenation application and maturation for 12 months in oak barrels.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Deep prophyrotic color. Intense aromas reminiscent of red ripe fruits with hints of chocolate, cedar and strawberry jam. It has matured for 12 months in oak barrels and has a full mouth with soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste.
Storage-Aging: It is pleasantly drunk for the next 6-8 years after harvest.
Tasty pairing: Served at 16-18° C and accompanies ripe cheeses, grilled meats, red stews and game with complex sauces.
