Xinomavro comes from 3 selected vineyard plots with climates aged 40-85 years from three great terroir those of Naoussa, Amyntaio and Rapsani, ferments with indigenous yeasts, matures in egg-shaped clay amphorae and is bottled unfiltered without the addition of sulfite.
Already in the early years of its release, it has countless distinctions on its back, such as being included in the 100 wines – discoveries of the famous wine critic Robert Parker.
