Since its launch in 1992, it has created many imitators and countless friends.Low yields per hectare and pre-fermentation extraction shape the character of wine.
Crystal bright, deep rose color. Expressive aromatic presence, moving in tones of red currant and strawberry caramel.Vivid at first contact, it then reveals the exemplary combination of richness and acidity, completed with the long, fruity finish.
Ideal companion for many dishes of Greek cuisine, such as stuffed, ladera or seafood and fish with tomato sauce. But also a valuable ally to face the spicy challenges of Indian or Thai cuisine.
It is drunk up to 3-4 years from harvest.
