Floral character on the nose derived from the selection of yeasts. Aromas of white-fleshed peach, small apricots and unripe strawberry. The refreshing acidity is present, while the medium in volume body has oiliness.
It accompanies dishes of summer Mediterranean cuisine, fried appetizers, as well as fish.
