Traditional wine from local varieties with spicy notes.
A particularly expressive rosé semi-sparkling and semi-dry wine with a complex aromatic character, intense aroma of ripe grapes, characteristic and spicy taste. It is produced from the indigenous varieties Debina and Bekari.
The first fermentation, with the grapes remaining for 10-12 days (depending on the conditions of the year), gives this traditional wine of Zitsa a rich body and aroma. The second fermentation takes place in closed vessels (cuves closes or methode Charmand) and thus acquires the natural carbonate that makes it stand out.
Color: Reminiscent of that of wild strawberry, with brandy highlights and thousands of shimmering bubbles.
Nose: Exuberant aroma, with notes of spices and ripe grapes that make it even more special.
Mouth: Rich flavor, with a soft body and plenty of cool bubbles that highlight the aroma of ripe grapes, the spicy notes, as well as its traditional character. Particularly complex, but balanced, with few unfermented sugars and a long aftertaste.
