Château Nico Lazaridi, the most famous brand name of NICO LAZARIDI, linked its name with the history of the company and the oenological renaissance of the Prefecture of Drama in 1987. The vineyard, from which the raw material originates, surrounds the homonymous winery, which is fully harmonized with the relief of the area.
In 2021 Château Nico Lazaridi White changed its varietal composition and now the aromatic complexity of Sauvignon Blanc is combined with the structure and acidity of Assyrtiko and the floral notes of Malagousia.

Varieties: 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Assyrtiko, 5% Malagouzia
Vineyards: Vineyards of Agora, Pigadia and Adriani.
Vinification – Maturation: White vinification with low temperatures of 12 -16 oC. Ferments in stainless steel tanks. Short ripening with fine lees.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Bright yellow color. The new blend combines the aromatic complexity of Sauvignon Blanc emphasizing tropical and citrus fruits combined with the richness, acidity of Assyrtiko and the pleasant floral notes of Malagousia. A wine with a strong nose and aromas of mango, papaya, pineapple, citrus, lemongrass, tsakmakopetra, as well as white flowers. Mouth filled with pleasant crispy acidity and long aromatic aftertaste.
Storage – Aging: It is pleasantly drunk for the next 3-4 years from the harvest.
Tasty pairing: Served cool at 8-13°C, perfectly accompanied by stews with vegetables, pasta with basil sauce and salads with goat cheese.
