Rare indigenous variety of Laconia. It has been cultivated, studied, and vinified with dedication in our organic vineyards in the hinterland of Monemvasia for 15 years.
- White vinification in a stainless steel tank, fermented at controlled temperature up to 18°C and maturation for five months on fine lees with periodic stirring.
- Yellow-green color, special aroma of tropical fruits, bergamot, barberry and quince, characteristic of the variety. Full body, freshness, pleasant acidity, long wonderful aftertaste.
- Green pies, stuffed vine leaves, fresh fish, white meat dishes with lemon and herbs
- It is drunk especially cool at 8-10 °C. Alcohol: 13% Vol Ageing potential: 3-4 years. TA
