Variety: Lagorthi 60%, Asproudes (Santameriana, White Volitsa, Mygdali, Brena) 30%, Chardonnay 10%.
Vineyard: In mountainous Achaia at an altitude of 800 – 900 meters. Soil mainly loamy calcareous. The production is around 700 kg per acre.
Harvest: End of September to beginning of October with a sugar content of about 195 g / liter.
Vinification: Classic white vinification .
Wine: It is characterized by white-green color, with aromas mainly of melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple. In the mouth it is fruity, with high acidity and a metallicity that gives it freshness. It is wonderfully combined with seafood (steamed, shiny mussels, quinces, oysters, scallops), grilled fish, exotic fruits. In ideal conditions of maintenance you can enjoy it for another 3 years.
