Soft rose color, aromas of flowers and red fruits, with dominant notes of cherry and strawberry. It is distinguished for its delicate and balanced taste, and its very pleasant aftertaste.The grape harvest is defined based on their phenolic and technological ripening and is followed by their immediate transfer to the winery. Slight explosion, pressing and keeping the juice with the marc for about thirty hours while wetting them. Then, as soon as the juice acquires the desired color, it is separated from the marc, which are slightly pressed. This is followed by deworming of the must and immediate grafting. At about 10 grams of sugar in the litre, fermentation is stopped by means of strong cooling. The temperature during fermentation does not exceed 140C.
It accompanies white meats, pasta, dishes with sweet sauces, and dishes dominated by tomato sauce. It goes well with most dishes of Greek cuisine, but also try it with dishes of Chinese cuisine. It will pleasantly surprise you.
