The “gray” color with orange highlights foreshadows the aromatic richness consisting of aromas of orange peel and rose petals followed by slightly acidic but full flavor and aftertaste of frankincense, nutmeg and toasted bread.
In good storage conditions retains its rich characteristics at least 3 years. Served at 10°C.
Indicatively, it accompanies meats with lemon sauces, grilled fatty fish and traditional pies.
