A semi-precious stone, which the legend wants to protect from drunkenness whoever holds it, gives its name to the most popular series of the Estate. It was first created in 1992 and since then it has not ceased to gain friends.
The touch of the great “flying” oenologist Michel Rolland, who is the Estate’s advisor for red winemaking, leaves a strong imprint on the older red label.

Well-formed bouquet of aromas, where aromas of red forest fruits, cherry jam and spices are married, in a discreet oak background.
Warm and full at first contact, it then unfolds its richness, structure and gentle, harmonious tannins. In the long finish, the aromas of fruits and spices return.
Aiming at the balance between fruit and wood, the wine is aged for twelve months in French oak barrels, about 1/4 of which is renewed every year.
He loves all red meats, but he has a special fondness for grilled lamb chops or lamb legs in the oven. Enjoyable even with braised beef or ripe soft cheeses, such as Brie and Camembert.
It will continue to evolve for at least 15-20 years from the harvest year.
