Tasting: It is characterized by concentrated and dense aromas of red fruits enhanced by aromas of spices such as nutmeg and pepper. In the mouth it starts with sweetness and soon its still intense tannins make their presence felt
Harmony: Combined with all rich meat dishes, especially when they have received the participation of spices
Served: At 18 degrees in a closed tulip
Vinification – ageing: Classic red vinification. It is aged in an oak barrel for one year and at least one year in the bottle. It can be aged for more than ten years.
