It is characterized by aromas of red fruits, cedar and gooseberry against a background of vanilla. In the mouth it is typical of the variety, fine and rich with nice acidity. It is combined with red meat and fatty flavors. Served at 17-18 degrees.
This is followed by classic red vinification. It is aged in an oak barrel for 6 to 8 months and 12 in the bottle. It can be aged for 5 – 7 years.
